How everything works, so there are no surprises. If something here doesn't fit your situation, ask me before we start.

Shoots

A shoot is up to 90 minutes at your place, usually before you open or in a slow hour.
Files arrive within 5 business days. One round of changes is included.
You own the files. Use them anywhere, ads too.
Anyone on camera says OK first. For kids, a parent or guardian signs.
Need to move the date? Tell me 24 hours ahead and we reschedule, no charge.
I don't post for you, and I don't need your logins.

Reels + photos: paid in full when you book.
Website and Shoot + site: half to start, half when you've seen the sample and you're happy with it.
Once a month: billed monthly. Every two weeks: $600 per 4 weeks, paid ahead.
I sell packages, not single items.

The website price includes year one: your address (domain), hosting and 4 small changes.
The address is registered in your name. You own it.
After year one, Site Care is $240 a year: hosting, address renewal, 4 small changes a year and fixes if anything breaks.
Don't want Site Care? You get the site files and your address within 7 days, free.

Small change, about 15 minutes: new or holiday hours, a price or phone number, one line of text, up to 3 photos, up to 3 menu or service items, a short notice like "Closed Monday".
4 small changes a year are included. After that, $50 each.
Small changes are done within 2 business days. Just text me.
Big change, quoted before I start (from $150): a new section or page, a new menu with more than 10 items, a redesign, online ordering or booking setup ($200), a Spanish version ($150), anything that needs a new shoot.

Your visit day is set when you start and stays the same.
Need to skip or move a visit? A few days' notice and we move it when there's a free spot.
Cancel anytime by text. Nothing renews after that.

I shoot in Memorial and the Energy Corridor. Further out, we agree on it before booking.
